Tipping Cont.

I never could understand why rich people can get up to $10,000 a year as a gift tax free, but people who get tips cannot get the first $10,000 free. Is the fact that the gift came from many instead of one that makes the difference? Or is it different rules for rich and poor?

there's different rules for the rich and poor.
some good reading on it can be found at crimethinc.com, indymedia.org, and rtmark.com.
but that's they way it is. justice and privilege all go to those with the gold...
the question to ask is to you become one or do you do something else...

I guess I can accept that nothing is so permanent it cannot change, I choose that meaning of temporary, the other is just too sad.
