The cop in Arizona who said the shootings were due to an atmosphere of hate and fear is getting so much hate mail that his computer crashed (comedy writes itself). Speaking of paranoia, if you took guns away from the paranoid, the NRA would disappear. Right wing homegrown terrorism is more common than Arab terrorism. What in the hell is wrong with people? Have they foxed their brains out?

We must save the children by any means at our disposal. They should be taken from parents at birth and nurtured in asylums until adult, when they can then be released on an unsuspecting world - suitably brainwashed, of course. Oh, sorry, I think that was done back in 1984.
Actually, 'the NRA' would make a good definition for 'paranoia'.
