A use for Kudzu

Heard on PBS that some researcher gave kudzu root (didn't hear how-tea, powder, whatever) and heavy drinkers drank half as much alcohol before they would become satisfied. Wouldn't it be great if it worked on obese people, depressed, compulsive shoppers, etc. If we could just feel satisfaction. If it worked out, we could retire that old Rolling Stones song. Bet the lobbyist-owned government would ban it and spend our tax dollars to destroy it. South has been trying to eradicate it for years.
