A wacky system

I had a chuckle today. My friend and her husband, an older couple, pride themselves on having everything paid - not in debt to anyone for anything. Anyway Dorothy applied for a Penny's charge card and was rejected. None of those credit card companies really want someone who can and does pay their bills. Penny's does give a 10% discount for every time you apply for a credit card so she just reapplies every time she goes to the store and accepts their 10% discount. Cool.
