This has always been one of my pet peeves. If legislators don't want to show up for votes, they shouldn't have the job. And they certainly shouldn't be paid for a job they aren't doing.

I never imagined it was that blatant. When rules are made that one class of people have to follow but those who make the rules don't - what's that? Feudalism?

Rick: If you are working for minimum wage, management will yell if you are not busy constantly. However well paid people can go on 3 hour lunches or meetings in Hawaii. Life ain't fair.
