He has had four heart attacks, quadruple bypass surgery, two artery-clearing angioplasties and an operation to implant a special pacemaker in his chest.
You got to wonder why Cheney chose Cheney as the best candidate for "a heartbeat from the Presidency" knowing that his own heartbeat was so fragile. Besides Cheney's shooting a lawyer, his choosing himself for VP always makes me laugh.

I think Cheney is going to step down and this makes it easier for them. He is such pure bad for them that they have to get rid of him somehow and this will be the usual face-saving exit.

Should we feel sorry for him? Bollocks! After all those he's condemned to torture and death? I hope he dies slowly and in great agony - preferably soon. I doubt many Americans would have the courage to spit on his hearse at the state funeral, more's the pity.
(Do you get the idea I don't like him?)
