Well, I'm gonna go with 'b', but I had to think about it.

I wouldn't call W a megalomaniac though. Nobody who wears a constant expression of anguished bewilderment could be considered megalomaniac.

Well gee, there are so many to choose from we can't possibly be restrained to two choices can we?

    What about Dick Cheney?

    What about Bill O'Reilly?

What about me? It's about me, isn't it?

Sorry, I got carried away. C, both of the above.

Good one tj: constant expression of anguished bewilderment. Funny. I don't know who it is, but I do know our Preznutz is that and more.

Flimsy, LOL! Okay, you've crossed a line here. We classicists have certain standards...and bad as he was, "Little Boots" Caligula deserves better than being compared with Bush! Though he was crazed as a rabid chipmunk and vicious as a cornered wolverine, Caligula at least had imagination. I never heard anyone accuse Bush of THAT!

Caligula attempted to make his horse a consul of Rome. Oops! I forgot Bush and Harriet Miers.

Maybe there is a similarity after all!

None of the above, it refers to Pope John Paul XXIII, soon to be made a saint by the Catholic church.
