What would we all do without Dickie and Halliburton to rebuild our countries for us? Surely Halliburton must be the only company on earth capable of such hi-tech work, like building houses, digging ditches, laying pipes, swindling governments - oops, sorry, that last one slipped in! Do I sound sarcastic?
